ABOUT THIS RACE

This candidate forum features all 7 Democrats running for the 4 seats in Strafford County District 10 (Durham).  The forum will be moderated by State Representative Erik Johnson of Lee, with opening remarks from Durham Democratic Committee Chair Rob Sullivan. Candidates will answer a shared set of questions on the pressing issues facing Durham and New Hampshire, and the values that will guide them in Concord.

The four top vote-getters in the September 8 Democratic primary will be on the November ballot.  No Republicans filed to run for Durham’s seats in the NH House this year.

Durham also has House representation through District 20, which covers Durham, Lee, Madbury, and part of Dover.  Incumbent Al Howland is the Democratic Party candidate for this seat in an uncontested primary.  Al will introduce himself at the beginning of the forum.

Don’t skip this opportunity to hear from all of these candidates. Your representation in Concord depends on it.
