       About Wayne

Wayne Pearson, a retired commercial photographer, moved to New Hampshire seven years ago to be closer to family and to watch his grandson grow up. Wayne is happily married to Anne, his wife of 49 years, a retired teacher, and they are very happy to have their children living close by.

Why am I Running?

I want to help make life better for the residents of Rollinsford and Somersworth

  • I will work to pass a property tax exemption on primary residences to put money back into the pockets of working families.
  • I will work to stop the decline in state revenues through needless reductions in taxes and fees to large corporations and businesses.
  • I will work to expand housing tax credits for seniors to make housing more affordable.
  • I will work to increase reimbursements for special education costs to ease the burden on local school districts and help lower school taxes.
  • I will work to repeal state-mandated copays and premiums on Medicaid to lower the cost for working families.
