We owe it to our kids to come together and make this a country where people of all backgrounds, races, and genders have the freedom to be valued and affirmed. We must demand that all kids have the freedom to be themselves, find a sense of community and belonging with their peers, and pursue their dreams. This year radical right extremists plotted to:

require teachers and guidance counselors to “out” LGBTQ+ youth to their parents (HB 1431).

keep our teachers from teaching an honest and accurate history of racial and gender discrimination in higher education (HB 1313).

repeal the ban on the discredited and dangerous practice of conversion therapy in NH.

restrict inclusive participation in sports, denying kids the opportunity to learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership (HB 198).

criminalize parents that seek to provide gender affirming care for their children. (HB1651)

override nondiscrimination protections for LGBTQ people under the guise of religious liberty (HB 542).
